Salon Policy

Cancellation Policy

​● We require a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
 
● Same-Day cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service price.
 
● No Show/No Calls will be subject to a fee of 100% of the service price.
 
● Late Arrivals cannot be guaranteed service.​​​​​​​

Payment

● We accept Cash, MasterCard, VISA, Amex, Discover, Google Pay, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
 
● A Cash, Venmo, or Zelle gratuity of 15% - 30% of each service price is appreciated. Regrettably, we cannot include gratuity on card.

Satisfaction Policy

● If you experience any issues such as lifting, discoloration, ect please notify us within 7 days of your initial appointment to schedule a free fix. Any fixes applied after the 7-day period will be priced accordingly.
 
● We reserve the right to refuse service depending on the condition of a client’s nails. If the client insists, we cannot guarantee the integrity or life-span of any gel services and will not accept complaints or fix requests under these circumstances. Our professional staff will always recommend what is best for you and your nails.

Pet Policy

● We do not allow pets inside the salon, with the exception of Service Animals.​​​​

Smoke-Free Policy

​● Smoking and Vaping are strictly prohibited inside the salon as part of our health and safety policies.
